Insights Learning & Development is the developer of the Insights Discovery — personality type assessment model, an innovative assessment tool based upon the personality type work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. Discovery is an at-work evaluator that measures the underlying preferences of individuals, and provides insights into the motives, drives, preferences, ranges of behaviour and dynamic influences that face each of us in our professional lives.
Insights Discovery is a core component of our Focus:Project Manager personnel assessment tool, and is also incorporated into our People Management & Motivation workshop and our Graduate Certificate in Project Management. We make extensive use of Discovery in many of our consulting services, including as a framework for facilitating team development, organizational collaboration or personal growth on an individual coaching basis.
