Marguerite is a management consultant with more than 20 years of project and industry experience. She has worked in the public and private sectors throughout western Canada, most recently in the financial services sector where she was responsible for a major and highly successful organizational transformation project that won "Best Team" award from Alberta Venture magazine. An exceptional consultant and facilitator, Marguerite's specialization is in organizational transformation and change management. She is also an active coach, and has recently received her Accredited Certified Coach certificate from the International Coach Federation. |
