With approximately 50% of your role as a project manager centred on leading everything from meetings to individual coaching sessions, having the ability to effectively facilitate is crucial to your success.
As a facilitator, you are often called upon to bridge the often different communication requirements of your various project participants — from your staff to your sponsors and stakeholders. You must also provide the vision, inspiration and motivation required throughout the various stages of a project's life cycle. This workshop teaches you many of the techniques required for facilitation success by having you participate in extensive exercises that reflect many of the real-world facilitation situations you are likely to encounter in your work.
