Project Management 201 is built on the belief that truly exceptional project management requires both political and interpersonal skills that go well beyond technical theory. Whether it's a shift in your sponsor's focus, a significant midstream change in a project's scope or resources, or the fact that you've been appointed to a project with little or no influence on project team selection, the reality is that as the project manager, solving these challenges now rests on your shoulders.
This workshop explores the real-world challenges that project managers face on a daily basis and provides them with the practical tools necessary for dealing confidently with these project realities.
