Interthink and the University of Alberta School of Business, Executive Education & Lifelong Learning, have partnered to offer the Executive Project Leadership Program (EPLP).
Projects are playing an increasingly essential role in helping organizations manage change and attain their strategic objectives. While project management is a skill that is increasingly valued, equally essential to project success is ensuring appropriate governance over the projects being delivered.
If you are a project sponsor, steering committee member or executive responsible for overseeing project results, this program is for you. The executive program consists of three, two-day modules for a total of six days. You will gain a strong understanding of the project governance role, and the essential contribution senior management and executives make to delivering project success. You will be exposed to the latest research and insights into best practices. The program is grounded in reality, and makes extensive use of relevant examples and case studies. As a participant, you will gain a practical strategy for how you can continue to improve the leadership of your projects and your personal strengths as an executive.
