This workshop focuses on understanding and communicating well with others in order to get the results you need for your projects. It explores the fundamentals of effective team development, how to manage and influence individual and team behaviours, and how to collaborate within direct and indirect reporting relationships. Using the Insights Discovery framework, you will also learn what impact your current communication preferences have on others, and how to most effectively interact and communicate with everyone from staff to stakeholders going forward.
