Our workshop provides you with practical guidance in how projects are actually managed, as well as explaining how these processes align with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). As a result, in addition to gaining a solid grounding in the processes, terminology and guidelines necessary to successfully write the PMP examination and attain your certification, you'll also gain the knowledge and confidence required to be able to put this framework to ongoing use in managing real projects.
This workshop is also built on adult learning principles and, in addition to in-class instruction, makes extensive use of interaction, dialogue, and hands-on exercises in order to be relevant to as many different learning styles as possible.
