This workshop explores the processes to identify, track, evaluate and resolve project scope changes and project issues. It explores how to effectively manage the resolution of changes and issues, and how to effectively incorporate and track approved scope changes in the project schedule. Participants will also cover the use of change budgets, contingency and reserve accounts as tools for anticipating and managing changes.
