This workshop explores the process by which to evaluate, track and report project progress. Course topics include: the identification and tracking of traditional project measures (effort, cost and schedule); the measurement of business outcomes; and the process and appropriate levels of reporting of project status to each stakeholder group, from the project team to senior management.
