This workshop identifies and explores the process by which projects should be effectively closed. Course topics include how to run a Post Implementation Review (PIR) meeting, and the processes and considerations associated with preparing a PIR report. The session will also address how to effectively document and archive project documentation for use by subsequent project teams.
